Hi again,

Here's the explanation from the MemoQ support:

The server uses Secure TCP TLS 1.2. The windows xp only supports TLS 1.0 while the Windows 7 supports TLS 1.2
That is why you can access the server on windows 7 but not on windows xp.
Unfortunately, this is a OS limitation.
