"General error" with MemoQ

Since a few weeks ago, I can't do anything with MemoQ Pro. As soon as I try to open any kind of file for translation, I get a "general error" message. Even it says I can close the message windows and continue, I can'to do any translation job. Uninstalling MemoQ and reinstalling it does just nothing. At the bottom you will find the error information. I hope this will help. Thanks in advance.
