.mqres tile type - how to upload to MemoQ 7.5.62

Dear all,

could you please explain how I can import a .mqes file to MemoQ version 7.5.62?

The instructions I have is to use Tools>Options>Appearance>Lookup results , but I simply can't find this tab in my version of MemoQ.
