I see and sympathize. However, TMLookup is not a mainstream program, and Kilgray people are sort of not-so-wrong saying that they “haven't seen enough reason to do so”. The other thing is that refusing to add such a trivial option as selecting the export encoding (all mainstream development toolkits provide necessary tools for it) is quite ridiculous for those who claim to be “the #2 mainstream tool” (while adding an extra encoding may really be quite an overhead for a standalone developer such as András).
