Disable cross-file repetitions feature doesn't work

Hello!

I'm trying to analyze several files at once using "Disable cross-file repetitions" feature but I'm getting the same numbers both when it's enabled and disabled. Looks like it simply doesn't work, because when I analyze each file separately the fuzzy wordcounts are different and look correct and reliable.

Can you please advise if I can do something here?
