I don't know what's going on with them. I didn't encounter the same issue you just had, but just recently, I had A LOT of trouble getting information about memoQ's perpetual license, which is still kind of advertised on their website ('memoQ translator pro is available as a perpetual license. To purchase, please contact us'), but apparently isn't available anymore. As for your situation... the sales team can be very slow with their replies, but what you experienced is very surprising. Keep us posted.
