Post title: Perhaps the sales team didn't reflect over that I could have a tracking activated for when read
I sent a new message to Kilgray support (another department than the sales team), asking why their sales team deleted my email without even having read it first. This time, Kilgray support are slow with their reply, has never happened before. Normally, they are very swift with their replies at Kilgray support. Seems like they are investigating what have happened.
Perhaps the sales team didn't reflect over that I could have a tracking activated for when read. Just wonder what the reasons could be for them to just delete my email. Am I on a black list?
